My pal Dave came up from SoCal for a visit, and I had visions of wrenching. Reality was we looked at the cars, listened to the engines, and popped the hoods. Oh yeah, we hung out and had some beers. But no car progress.

He did go to dog obedience school with us, and he visited a dairy and saw a calf being born.

Sometimes, there would be a lot of cows on the way to well sites. Always made me want steak for some reason.

Lol.

As kids we always said:

Apple sauce when we saw a pig,

Horseradish if we saw a cow,

Mint sauce if we saw a sheep.

They work so well together.

Cumberland Sauce is also very good (red currants, bit of lemon juice and rind, bit of orange juice and rind, dijon mustard and ginger).
